Enrollment: 580 students in kindergarten through eighth grade

Academic class size: approximately 22 students

Spiritual opportunities include weekly Mass, daily religion classes, prayer services, Living Stations of the Cross, First Grade Passion Play, and service projects.

Up to date technology includes a computer lab, student and teacher computers in the classrooms, interactive whiteboards, document projectors and student repsonse systems.

A resource teacher assists students in grades four through eight.

A special education teacher serves students with learning challenges.

Math specialists support students with remedial and enrichment needs.

Teacher aides assist students in kindergarten through third grade.

A reading specialist supports remedial reading students.

Our school counselor works with individuals and classes supporting the academic and emotional needs of students.

Accelerated groupings in language arts (grades 7 & 8) and math (grades 6-8) are offered. Math enrichment is offered in small groups with the math specialist in grades 1-5.

All Blessed Sacrament teachers differentiate instruction to serve the needs of their students. A variety of teaching methods, materials and assessments are implemented within our classrooms.

The math and reading specialists work with students who need remediation in these areas. The special education teacher supports those with learning challenges withiin the classroom, in small groups and as individuals.

Personal safety is stressed through Risk Watch, D.A.R.E., Search Institute's Assets Program and programs aligned with the Diocese of Covington.
